Fitness Fun

Love to workout, but also have fun? Fitness Fun will focus on strengthening all muscle groups as well as cardiovascular exercise. We'll get fit while having fun! Class will vary week to week providing variation in your routine. This class is for all fitness levels and modifications will be provided. Please wear comfortable and supportive athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle, fitness mat, and 5-10 lb hand weights.

Amy Erickson is a mother to two small children. She is passionate about fitness, eating healthy, and overall well-being. She loves learning about health and wellness as a whole: mind, body, and spirit. Amy has taught many different fitness classes over the past 10 years. She enjoys sharing information with others and helping them on their wellness journey.
