2020 Summer

Everyone’s fitness journey is unique. This class is designed to meet participants wherever they are at in that journey. Jill will lead everyone through a HIIT style workout that begins with a dynamic warm-up and concludes with stretching. To keep things fun and interesting, different training modalities including medballs, mini-bands, battle ropes and kettlebells will be used.

**PLEASE BRING A FITNESS MAT, MINI-BAND, MEDIUM DUMBBELLS, AND A WATER BOTTLE TO CLASS**

**CLASSES MUST BE USED WITHIN SESSION PURCHASED, NO ROLLOVERS**
