Have you ever wanted to do martial arts training without all the testing, belts, or the rest of the hoopla? Give training in Karatics a try! This is an Americanized version of Karate working on kicks, punches, blocks, combinations and having fun doing it. Stretching will also be part of this 50 minute class. Due to COVID, this is a video series, but Sensei Dan will give instruction on the techniques and provide verbal support. Just add your own music and we'll train together! Beginner or advanced - all are welcome. Let’s do this! Provide yourself with a clear floor space, a towel, a step ladder if you have one, and a good attitude!
