After class is completed, students who are 15 years or older are eligible to take their permit test at any Minnesota exam center. The permit test is not provided during this class. Our classroom course is taught by a licensed educator. Attendance in all classroom sessions is mandatory- makeup classes are not available. A Teen Driver Safety Parent/Guardian Awareness class will be offered on August 5. The primary goals of this session are to enhance parental/guardian involvement and emphasize their influence and important role in developing a safer teen driver by increasing awareness of teen driving risks and laws. Pre-registration is required in order to receive the parent class certificate which allows a 10 hour reduction in the number of required supervised driving hours.
Class full? Please add yourself to the waitlist as we are frequently able to open additional seats in the course.
