Cardinal Place is the before/after school program located within the Willmar Public Schools. We currently have three sites – at Kennedy Elementary School, Roosevelt Elementary School, and Lakeland Elementary School.

School Readiness preschool is a program for families with children 3 to 5 years old. Parents do not attend class with their child. However, they are required to be involved with the program. Many opportunities are available for families.

Willmar Community Education offers private or semi-private swimming instruction for all ages and ability levels. These lessons are 30 minutes in length and geared toward specific goals of each student.

If you work with numbers and want to learn how to use formulas or create a chart, you may want to consider using Microsoft Excel. Excel is an electronic spreadsheet program. With this software, you can keep track of a budget or organize financial information. We will create a spreadsheet, enter data, do simple calculations and create charts. You will learn tricks and shortcuts to make using Excel much easier and save you time. Make sure you bring a jump drive if you wish to save your work. Basic computer knowledge is needed.
Cheri has obtained Microsoft Certification in Word, Excel, and Power Point and taught a variety of computer classes in the Willmar community for more than 20 years.
