Cardinal Kids Preschool is an exciting program for children who are 4 years old by September 1st of the school year for which they are registering. The preschool program follows the regular school calendar.
Cardinal Place is the before/after school program located within the Willmar Public Schools. We currently have three sites – at Kennedy Elementary School, Roosevelt Elementary School, and Lakeland Elementary School.

School Readiness preschool is a program for families with children 3 to 5 years old. Parents do not attend class with their child. However, they are required to be involved with the program. Many opportunities are available for families.

Willmar Community Education offers private or semi-private swimming instruction for all ages and ability levels. These lessons are 25 minutes in length and geared toward specific goals of each student.

These classes are geared for parents and children under the age of 1.

Complete this course to get a 10% discount in your auto insurance premiums! Taught as a presentation from a certified instructor, you’ll discuss challenges we face as drivers, new road designs, vehicle technology, and updates on current laws. Best of all, there are no written or behind the wheel tests! Certificate will be provided at the end of class.
The Driver Discount Program is a state approved accident prevention/insurance discount course that is open to the public; pre-registration is required. People ages 55 and older who complete the course qualify for a 10% discount on their auto insurance premiums. Participants must complete a 4 hour class every three years to maintain the discount.
