Mike Frisch, Professional angler and host of the TV show "Fishing the Midwest", is coming to Willmar this spring to share his knowledge of all things fishing! Join us for "School of Fish", "Walleye School", or for both and save $25!
School of Fish
At "School of Fish" you will tap into Mike's knowledge of lakes, finding fish in those lakes, and how to catch those fish. Additionally, Mike will show how he ties fishing knots and rigs up slip-bobbers. Included in registration is a ZEBCO rod and reel, a "School of Fish" hat or t-shirt, a tackle box and tackle, and a "school of fish" full color workbook. In other words, Mike will be leaving all graduates with the knowledge, skills, and equipment to go fishing. Ages 12+ may attend alone. Under 12 year olds require a chaperone.
*One adult is invited to attend with a child at no additional charge, provided they share one equipment package.*
Walleye School
Walleye School is a lectionary style course, and is aimed at older kids and adults and is designed to give anglers “small group/hands-on” instruction in finding walleyes using sonar/GPS and fishing popular jigging and live bait rig techniques. Mike suggests you bring your own notebook!
*One student under 12 is invited to attend with an adult over 18 at no additional charge.*
