Cardinal Kids Preschool is an exciting program for children who are 4 years old by September 1st of the school year for which they are registering. The preschool program follows the regular school calendar.
Cardinal Place is the before/after school program located within the Willmar Public Schools. We currently have three sites – at Kennedy Elementary School, Roosevelt Elementary School, and Lakeland Elementary School.
Promoting families healthy growth and development through education, support and community building.
School Readiness preschool is a program for families with children 3 to 5 years old. Parents do not attend class with their child. However, they are required to be involved with the program. Many opportunities are available for families.

Willmar Community Education offers private or semi-private swimming instruction for all ages and ability levels. These lessons are 25 minutes in length and geared toward specific goals of each student.

These classes are geared for parents and children under the age of 1.
These classes are for families with children from birth to pre-kindergarten.
In-person or online classes for parents.

A Saturday morning of fun for children up to age 6 and their parents.
Learn how to make a functional bag that’s professional-looking, perfect for travel, and sure to impress. This bag is fun to put together, zigzag and straight stitch are all there is to it! Best enjoyed by intermediate through experienced sewers.
Registration fee includes ByAnnie pattern which will be provided in the class. Students will need to provide thier own sewing machine, fabric, Soft & Stable, and finishing products for the bag (strapping, zippers, hardware, etc). Supply list will be sent after registration.
Please bring a bag lunch.
Chris has been sewing since a young age, mainly apparel. She stopped when her kids were young and didn't have a convenient sewing space. Five years ago she took the UTB class and found a whole new world of pattern designing with new short cuts and tips to share for those who are fearful of installing zippers! You will be blown away with the information she will share to build your confidence as you get behind your sewing machine and love this new hobby!
