Whether you are just beginning perimenopause, smack in the middle of menopause or have come out the other side alive, everything has changed- even some things you maybe are not aware of! As women reach their menopausal years, there are ways to combat the sometimes maddening symptoms you are experiencing. Yes, you CAN do something about sleeplessness, hot flashes and night sweats, brain fog, unexpected weight gain, moodiness, and low energy!

This course will be divided into two parts:

Mondays will be about the science behind menopause and will include information on nutrition, metabolism, hormones, adaptogens, and exercise.

Tuesdays and Thursdays will be held in the fitness room where we will incorporate both strength and interval training specific to where you are in your journey.

If you are new to fitness and lifting weights, please sign up for the Beginner class.

If you already exercise on a somewhat regular basis or have previous experience lifting weights, please sign up for the Intermediate class.

Amy Sack has a lifelong passion for fitness. She is a certified CrossFit coach and has taken multiple courses specific to women’s fitness.
