These classes are exclusively available to Cardinal Place students. All activities are free of charge. However, children must be registered at Cardinal Place in order to participate in the activities. Cardette Summer Practices

Interested in joining the Cardette dance team for the 2025-2026 dance team season? Join them for their summer practice program where they will focus on strengthening and conditioning, learning and advancing skills and improving technique. This program is available to those who will be in 7th - 12th grade for the 2025-2026 school year at Willmar Public Schools. Musical Theater Workshop: Rapunzel - A Musical!

Join Spotlight Theatre workshop for a fun and intense week of putting together a fully staged musical all in just 5 days! This is a great opportunity to be in a production with ALL the theatre elements! We will audition, learn our dances, songs, wear fun costumes and put on a great show for the community! Our story is based on the classic tale, Rapunzel, but with a twist! All experience levels encouraged!

Child and Babysitting Safety

The Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program from the American Safety and Health Institute provides everything you need to know for safe and successful babysitting. The students will receive their certification card and instructions to access a digital copy of the Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) Student book at the end of class. From getting started with your business to collaborating with parents and children to key safety, caregiving, and first aid tips, CABS will help set you up for babysitting success. Students must be present for the entire class and complete achievement of the core learning objectives to receive certification valid for two years. Students attend this class independently and should come prepared with a notebook and pen.
